These pumps having a double helical refined gear and hardened grind finished shaft, double helical gear prevent axial load & side thrust which is help to increase life and performance of pump.

These pumps are having flange at the end of suction and delivery which are available in 1/2" to 6" size. These pumps can be operated up to pressure of 10 kg/cm² with 8.30 LPM to 2083.00 LPM flow capacity. These pumps are suitable for liquid up to viscosity of 1, 00,000 SSU and maximum temperature up to 200ºc.Pump Selection@ Model FTRN/FTRB : The self lubricated needle roller bearing type Model FTRN used for clean viscous liquid having sufficient lubricating property such as clean lube oil, Gear oil, Animal oil, Fish oil, Hydraulic oil, Honey, Vegetable oil, SAE lubricating oil for continues duty, However for Intermittent duty Bush Bearing type pump Model FTRB used.

@ Model FTRX : This Model independent lubricated needle roller bearing type pump is suitable for handling of Crude oil, Dirty lube oil, HSD, Kerosene, LDO, Paints, Varnish, Wood Pulp, Liquid which have poor lubricant value.

@ Model FTRBJ : This Model should be selected for liquid which tends to solidify at room temperature such as Bitumen, Furnace oil, Asphalt, Tar, Starch, Molasses, Naptha, RFO, Silicate, Wax, Soap solution. Because This model have jacketing construction facilitate the heating the pump by steam or thermic fluid.

Model “FTMS” having all stainless steel (SS-316) in four-piece construction with investment cast. Due to four-piece construction, it can be easily cleanable and maintainable. These pumps having a double helical refined SS-316 gear shaft that is nitrated to give longer life. Due to Double helical gear, it prevents axial and side thrust which help to increase the life & performance of the pump. The Teflon coated dry running DU bush bearing, supported on bronze wearing plate, placed inside the pump casing, alternatively bronze wearing plate cum bushes can also be provided for the thicker viscous liquid application. The stuffing box is fitted with “GFO” pack sealant with provision to fit mechanical shaft seal. These pumps provide with add-on type pressure relief valve. The jacketing construction should be selected to facilitate the heating of the pump by steam or thermic fluid etc.

These nitrated gear , shafted rotor give better performance with closed tolerance to give long life. Model “FIG” is flange mounted. These pumps are self priming type produces maximum, vacuum determined by the cavity between the gear teeth. These pumps modified profile teeth cutting to give accurate capacity with in the pressure range. These pumps are capable to run liquid up to 500 CST viscosity and up to temperature 200ºc. The sealing is done with mechanical seal to ensure zero leakage.

The suction and delivery connections are available in 3/8",1/2",3/4"and 1" size. Model “FIG” pump come in a capacity Range of 150 LPH to 6000 LPH with operating pressure up to 35 kg/cm², yet for continuous duty maximum recommended pressure is 30kg/cm². These pumps can also be used at 2800 RPM. The capacity will have approx double of normal duty condition. These pump can be run both clock and anti clock direction as per requirement.

Fluid Tech Systems offers “rotofluid” make gear pump Model “FTCP” which is widely used in crusher machine. Model “FTCP” having simple two pieces Cast Iron construction which is spur profile carton steel gears shrunk fitted on alloy steel hardened of grind inished shaft as gear firmly supported 4 nos. of self lubricated sintered bronze bush bearing which ensure smooth running. These pumps can be run in either direction with change in inlet-outlet port position.

Due to the design of Model “FTCP” Pumps give pressure up to 15 kg/cm² and maximum temperature 80ºC. Suction and delivery available in this model is only 1/2".

Fluid Tech Systems offer “ROTOFLUID” make gear pump Model “FTSS” which is self priming, foot mounting type positive displacement rotary gear pump. Model “FTSS” having all Stainless Steel (SS-316) in three piece construction with investment cast. Due to three piece construction, it can be easily cleanable and maintainable that is why it is highly used in all kind of food industries. These pumps have SS-316 Gear and shaft that are nitrated to give long life and trouble free performance. The shaft is supported on self lubricating type Teflon coated Bushes and the sealing is done with Teflon based “GFO” pack sealant which gives zero leakage. The right angle mounting brackets facilitates foot mounting of the pump on base plate with Electric Motor of appropriate ratings. These pumps have sturdy design and construction for long trouble free service.

The suction and delivery connection are available in 1/4" to 2 ½" size. These pumps can be operated up to pressure of 10 kg/cm² with 8.33 LPM to 300 LPM flow capacity and has suction lift of 1m to 5m at rated speed of 1440 RPM. These pumps are designed up to maximum Viscosity of 1,00,000 SSU and maximum temperature up to 200ºc.
